Dickens' Village Gate

The Greengrocer shopkeeper shows a variety of her fresh produce that is available for sale at the local "Cotswold Greengrocer."

This is the 12th piece & final piece for the "Twelfth Night" series in Dickens' Village. The Corps of Drums, also known as "Drums" was originally used as signallers when entering battle. They have been part of the British military since the 16th century.

On the first day of Christmas, my true love gave to me! Every Village display should have a partridge in a pear tree. This Village tree is hand-crafted.

Spooky! With great respect for the gravestones that needed to be moved when the graveyard was renovated, they were placed in a circular pattern around a tree where they were allowed to create an interesting landmark over the years. Two piece set.

The architecture, customs and history of Victorian England are inherent in the Dickens' Village Series. Only 1 horse is needed to pull this handsome cab through the snowy streets of London.
